At their 2018 annual dealer conference last month, Groupe Renault UK recognised their best dealers from across the Renault and Dacia networks with their 2018 ‘Dealer of the Year’ awards, held at the Radisson Blu hotel in Stanstead on December 17th.
The awards recognised the best dealers in the Renault network, incorporating both the Renault and Dacia brands, who provided “both an excellent customer experience and a strong commercial performance” in 2018, according to managing director of Groupe Renault UK Vincente Tourette.
Each dealer in their network was assessed by key performance indicators including customer experience, sales volume for both brands, aftersales turnover and profit. The winning dealers seen to have most contributed to the success of Groupe Renault UK in 2018 were:
Groupe Renault increased its global sales in January of last year for the 5th year in a row, and with their “Drive The Future” mid term plan on track in the UK, they look set for an equally successful January this year.
